THE Drifters are back on tour in the UK this autumn and will be at Colne Municipal Hall on September 7.
The latest line-up of the soul group will perform their classic hits from the last six decades.
The group was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and listed among the greatest artists of all time by Rolling Stone magazine.
They released hits including Saturday Night At Movies, Come on Over to My Place, Up On The Roof, Under the Boardwalk, More Than A Number and Kissin’ In The Back Row.
In the group’s 65th year, the latest line-up has been hand-picked by Tina Treadwell, whose father started the group with Clyde McPhatter. Visit themuni.co.uk to book tickets.
