SAINSBURY’S in Keighley has announced its new charity partner.
The Cavendish Street store will raise money for the Friends at Beechcliffe School (FAB), in Keighley.
A public vote was held over a fortnight last month to choose the cause.
The supermarket company’s Bingley store has also unveiled its chosen charity – Aireworth Dogs in Need.
Trish Rawson-Chad, PR champion at the Keighley branch, said: “I am excited to be able to work with FAB and promote what the charity is about.
“I’m also delighted to be able to help Bingley out, as it is a small store, and promote Aireworth Dogs in Need.”
FAB will be holding fundraising raffles, face painting and bucket collections at the Keighley outlet from August 2 to 4.
And Aireworth Dogs in Need will be collecting there on August 5.
