KEIGHLEY Big Local is spreading its wings to the World Wide Web.

The volunteer-run regeneration group has set up a website promoting not only its own activities but other local projects.

Organisers hope the site will become the first port of call for local families looking for something to do.

Jack Armitage, youngest member of the Keighley Big Local Partnership, said: “Our calendar will promote all activity throughout Keighley that we are informed about.

“This means families have one place online where they can find out about fun activities in Keighley.”

The rest of the site will be dedicated to activities in the Keighley Big Local area and showcase its communities and people.

Residents will be able to read the Big Local’s plan for 2018-2021, which sets out proposed activities to improve life in neighbourhoods alongside the lower Worth Valley, from Stockbridge to Ingrow.
