THE OXNOP Singers’ autumn concert will take place on Sunday, October 7 in Oxenhope Community Centre.
The choir, which is based in the village, will begin the show at 7.15pm in the hall off Shaw Lane.
Choir members will be joined by the Nightflyers Dance Band, who were a popular choice when they performed with the Oxnop Singers at previous concerts.
The Singers’ programme includes a selection from the musical My Fair Lady, along with other well-known pieces such as Amarillo and She’s Always A Woman.
Tickets cost £6, with proceeds going to the British Heart Foundation. Call 01535 644995 or 646158 to book tickets. The concert will feature refreshments.
The Oxnop Singers are renowned for their Our Kind of Music concerts, which have been presented in Oxenhope for many years.
In the summer the Oxnop Singers donated £1,177 to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, representing proceeds from their their previous two concerts.
