GLUSBURN and Cross Hills Gardening Society launches its new season this month.
Ian Tyler will give a presentation on Daffodils: an Overview and Planting for Display, at Glusburn Community and Arts Centre on Friday, October 19, at 7.30pm.
Mr Tyler has been growing and showing daffs for 40 years.
He is a vice-president and former vice-chairman of the Daffodil Society and has been an accredited judge, both at home and overseas, for more than three decades.
Membership fees have been pegged at £5, plus £3-per-talk for members and £4 for non-members.
