A CULLINGWORTH pub is in the pink.

An evening of pink-themed activities is being staged at The George Hotel, to raise money for Breast Cancer Now.

The charity is behind Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which runs throughout October.

Next Friday's (Oct 19) event at The George will feature live music, from 7.30pm, from the popular Brogan Lacey.

There will be special offers on food and drinks, including pink cocktails and pitchers.

Fleurs the Florist, in Cullingworth, will be present, with glitter faces.

And auctions are being held.

Lots will include a chance to win a date with a regular.

Fancy dress, on the pink theme, is optional.

“There will also be a few surprises to be revealed on the evening,” said Connor Blackburn, head chef at The George.

“It promises to be a great night and all the money raised will help raise awareness of breast cancer.

“We would urge people to come along and support the team, and raise as much as possible for the charity.”
