THE VISITOR Information Centre at the top of Main Street in Haworth is hosting a Christmas charity card pop-up shop.
Sales of the cards at visitor centres in Haworth, Ilkley and Bradford will support more than 25 good causes.
Over 70p in every pound sold will go to charities such as Cancer Research UK, Barnardo’s, NSPCC, Alzheimer’s Society and RNLI.
People can choose from a wide range of items through the Cards for Good Causes initiative.
In the past ten years, charities have received more than £40 million from Cards for Good Causes, the UK’s largest charity Christmas card organisation.
Cllr Sarah Ferriby, Healthy People and Places Portfolio Holder at Bradford Council, said: “This is a lovely way to spread good cheer and share the true spirit of Christmas and we are very proud to be supporting such a worthy cause.”
