A LUNCHEON club has served-up a donation to Manorlands.
Members of the Wednesday Luncheon Club, which meets twice monthly at pubs and restaurants between Bingley and Skipton, has handed-over £210.
Manorlands fundraiser Andrew Wood, who is based at the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice, received a cheque just after the club had enjoyed a meal at the Fisherman's Inn, Bingley.
He thanked the group and its organiser, Christopher Binns, for their continued support.
"The club has now contributed over £2,525 in the past couple of years – which is fantastic," said Mr Wood.
"The funds will be put towards care both at the hospice and in the community.
"Our team at Manorlands provides 100 per cent of the palliative care for the area in which the luncheon club members live and we can only do this with the support of community groups such as this."
