AN EXPERT advisor is to give a talk on how to control food cravings at a Low Carb Skipton meeting.

Bridgette Hamilton, a weight loss therapist and former sugar addict, will reveal her own tricks to defeat the addiction. As well as discussing strategies, she will also look at the origins of cravings.

Bridgette, a low carbohydrate advocate and author of Break The Crave System: 7 Steps To Effortless, Lifelong WeighLoss, will take questions at the end of the talk.

The meeting will take place at Skipton’s Rendezvous Hotel at 7pm on Monday, November 12.

Low Carb Skipton is a voluntary group promoting the low carb/healthy fats message to improve the health and well being of diabetics, people with other serious conditions as well as those who just want to lose weight and/or get fitter. It has members throughout Craven, Airedale and Wharfedale.

The group, which holds monthly meetings, supports the growing view that a low carb diet can reverse Type 2 diabetes and greatly improve the health of Type 1 diabetics.
