A CROSS Hills-based chemical manufacturer has expanded its offering to include smaller, more accessible products alongside its bulk range.
Airedale Chemical has acquired two automated filling, labelling and capping production lines with the capacity to produce 2.4 million units per year.
The firm had identified a gap in the market for industrial chemicals in smaller quantities. Head of marketing Daniel Marr said: “This addition to our services opens us to a whole new customer demographic and offers different options for our existing clients.
“We’re aware of customers who operate in different countries with varying size requirements that will find this particularly useful.
“It allows flexibility for clients to market their products to brand new audiences.
“We’re also the source of raw chemical materials, so we now offer a truly complete solution which sees off-the-shelf, bespoke formulated products leave our site.”
