CULLINGWORTH councillors have gained the inside track on the needs of children and teenagers in the village.
Members of the Village Council met with students from both schools in Cullingworth to look at topics that affected local young people.
The ‘brains trust’ involved five year groups from Parkside, and younger pupils from Cullingworth Primary School.
Phillip Logan, Student Support Leader in the Parkside sixth-form, said: "As always students represented themselves and the school extremely well and put forward some interesting and well thought out ideas and opinions."
Taking part were students Hanley McGlynn, Divya Jossy, Suman Dhesi, Oliver Rhodes, Amy-Leigh Ruthven, Callan MacFarlane, Taran Dhesi and Sarah-Jane Akers.
