SIXTH form students at Parkside School have made their annual collection of food for the Salvation Army.

The items will help the church feed individuals and families in need throughout the winter season.

Majella McColgan, a spokesman for the Cullingworth school said: “Our sixth form have once again excelled themselves with their Christmas Food drive.

“We would like to thank all students, parents and staff who donated items to this year’s drive.

“The form who donated the most items and therefore the winner of this year’s tutor group competition is 6FC.”
