A MURDER will be committed in Silsden this month – but there’s no need for panic!
A guest will ‘disappear’ during a dinner at St James’ Church hall on January 19.
And fellow diners will unravel a series of clues to unmask the culprit.
Vicar, the Rev David Griffiths, has assembled a band of professional actors for the event.
The dinner is raising funds for the £300,000 appeal to refurbish the church hall.
Tickets can be obtained, priced £20, from Twiggs newsagents in the town or the Rev Griffiths.
Young people are also being given the chance to get involved in the fundraising campaign, thanks to a £200 donation from a congregation member.
They will be invited to collect £10 each from the church and challenged to make it grow over a couple of months. Half the proceeds will go to their youth group and the remainder to the appeal.
