A MANORLANDS support group is celebrating its first full year of fundraising.
Members of the Settle group have presented a £4,000 cheque to the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice.
Most of the money was coined-in through an Easter Eggs-travaganza and a Christmas shopping event, both held at North Ribblesdale RUFC.
Other activities included store collections and a ‘loop challenge’, when people were invited to walk, run or mountain bike a ten-mile route.
And the group held a stall at the Settle Christmas lights switch-on.
Manorlands community fundraiser, Molly Ralphson, said: “We are really grateful to the volunteers in Settle, who are doing a fantastic job.”
