POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man allegedly exposed himself before making racially aggravated comments at Snax24, Morrison’s Petrol Station, Cross Hills on Saturday.
Officers say a man entered the store in Station Road at about 10pm , exposed himself to a member of staff before making comments to the same person.
A police spokesman said: “We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident. In particular, we are appealing for information from those who may have been in the store at the time and who witnessed the incident.”
A male arrested on the same evening has been released pending further inquiries.
