PEOPLE are being given the chance to learn more about the work and plans of a care trust.
Details will be outlined at the latest monthly board meeting of Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Staff and members of the public are invited to attend the meeting, at New Mill, Victoria Road, Saltaire, on Thursday, March 28, from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
The trust provides mental and community health services and specialist learning disability support across the district.
Paul Hogg, the trust’s director of corporate affairs, said: “Patients, volunteers and NHS staff are fundamental to improving patient experience across our organisation.
“Listening and discussing people’s experience at our trust board meetings is part of our involvement and engagement work.
“By getting involved, people can make a valuable contribution towards ensuring that the trust’s services work best for those who use them.
“Attendees at the meeting will hear first-hand how patient experience is making an impact at the highest level of the organisation and shaping future services.”
There will also be a discussion about upcoming priorities, and monthly reports will be given by the chief executive and on performance.
