Planning application submitted for new house in Haworth
PLANS to build a new detached house in Haworth faced no objections from parish councillors.
Members of Haworth, Cross Roads and Stanbury Parish Council considered the application for land next to 81 Hebden Road.
A detailed statement accompanying the plans explains the latest proposals have been designed to address the reasons for refusal of a previous application to build on this same location.
The statement notes the earlier plans have been revised to reduce overlooking of a neighbouring property. The proposals will be decided on by Bradford Council planners.
