A CUSTOMER at a Keighley pub has swapped one side of the bar for the other.
Andrea Clymo grasped the opportunity when the tenancy at The Boltmakers Arms became available.
Now she is running the popular East Parade Timothy Taylor pub with Dean Muir, who is marrying Andrea's daughter next year.
He is a former teacher and part of the Keighley Cougars reserves coaching staff.
Steve Robinson, operations director for Timothy Taylor's pub estate, welcomes the appointment.
"I am delighted to have such a keen and enthusiastic local duo on board to take over one of our flagship pubs and look forward to seeing it thrive in the coming months," he said.
The pair have taken over from Craig and Kathy Smith, who had run the pub since its refurbishment in December, 2016.
