KEIGHLEY estate agency Holroyds has won a clutch of awards for the work of its Keighley and Bingley branches.

TV house property expert Phil Spencer announced the company’s gold and bronze wins during the prestigious ESTAS customer service awards.

Holroyds’ Bingley office was judged the best estate agents’ office in West Yorkshire, winning gold, while the Keighley office took the bronze award.

The company was also named best agent in Yorkshire, best financial services company in Yorkshire, and third-place winner for the whole UK.

Staff from the local offices heard the news while joining 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals at a luncheon and ceremony at Grosvenor House in London.

Holroyds said the ESTAS were the most prestigious awards in the UK property industry determining the country’s best estate and letting agents based purely on feedback from customers.

The customers are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent, over 45,000 surveys were completed by customers via the ESTAS feedback platform.

Chris Holroyd, managing director of Holroyds, said his team were thrilled to have their work recognised.

He added: “It means so much to us as we know it’s our customers who have judged our performance.

“To win one award means the world to us, but to go on and win all these national awards including best local group in Yorkshire, best office in Yorkshire for our Bingley office and seeing our financial services team win best in Yorkshire, was a momentous occasion.

“Holroyds have always taken pride in our customers and now we are recognized as one of the best agents in the UK.”

Phil Spencer has hosted the ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003.
