Lees Methodist Church members get into the Hawaiian spirit
THERE was a Hawaiian flavour to a coffee morning at Lees.
Aloha Hawaii was the theme for Saturday's event, at the Methodist church.
Stallholders donned costumes, and a gift stall featured items related to the islands.
Around 60 people attended.
"Everyone seemed to share our fun and enjoyed the occasion," said a church spokesman.
"At Lees Methodist Church we use the phrase 'why stay at home when you can come and have a coffee with friends, even ones you haven't met before!'."
