THE SIMON & Garfunkel Story is returning to St George’s Hall in Bradford as part of a golden anniversary tour.

The show on July 16 will celebrate 50 years since the folk/rock duo recorded their first number one hit single The Sound of Silence.

Now seen by over a quarter million people across the world, The Simon and Garfunkel Story is a critically-acclaimed concert-style theatre show depicting how two boys from Queens, New York, went on to become the world’s most successful music duo of all time.

A spokesman said: “With projection photos and film footage, incredible lighting and a full live band, this must-see show is a moving and powerful concert.

“It features all the hits including Mrs Robinson, Bridge Over Troubled Water, Homeward Bound, Scarborough Fair and The Boxer.”
