THREE internationally renowned musicians will perform together at the Lemon Tree Café in Keighley on Thursday July 4.

Clive, best known for writing country music queen Nanci Griffiths’ hit I Love This Town, will perform alongside Mark Griffiths and Andy Roberts.

The trio are collectively known as 3 Boxes, and promise an eclectic and original take on folk, jazz, swing, rock ‘n’ roll, pop and classical.

Tickets cost £16.

Clive’s extensive career has incorporated cult '80s band Any Trouble, popular folk/rock duo Gregson & Collister, and many solo albums.

As a band member, he has toured with Richard Thompson, Nanci Griffith, Eddi Reader.

Mark spent 21 years as bass player in The Shadows, and has also performed with Al Stewart, The Everly Brothers, Duane Eddy, Mark Knopfler, Gallagher & Lyle and Cliff Richard.

He has been Hank Marvin’s regular bassist four the past 15 years, and was a principal member of Matthew's Southern Comfort, whose recording of Joni Mitchell’s ‘Woodstock’ became a worldwide hit.

Andy has played and recorded as a solo artist and with Pink Floyd, as part of the live band for classic album The Wall.

He has also played with Richard Thompson, Kirsty MacColl, The Albion Band, Maddy Prior, Cat Stevens and Scaffold.

He has has written film and TV scores for the BBC, Miramax, ABCTV and Disney.
