A TRIO is scaling the heights to raise cash for Manorlands.
Sajjad and Mohsin Sadiq and Patrick McDonnell, founder of the Living Lights charity in Keighley, are climbing Ben Nevis to boost the coffers of the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice.
They will take on the mountain – Britain’s highest – on Saturday, July 27.
Sajjad said: “Last year we did the same hike and raised £555 – this time we are hoping to at least double that!
“The walk this time around will be even more special for Patrick, as he will be celebrating his 51st birthday that day!
“We would like to encourage the local community to support our efforts by donating as much as possible, as Manorlands is such an important place for patients and their families.”
An online fundraising page has been set-up, at justgiving.com/fundraising/sajjad-sadiq786.
