PEOPLE have just over a week remaining to give their views on proposals to reduce air pollution across the Bradford district.
An online survey being carried out by Bradford Council closes on Monday, August 19.
The local authority is among nearly 30 across the country instructed by the Government to develop plans for cutting air pollution levels.
Councillor Sarah Ferriby, portfolio holder for healthy people and healthy places, said: “It is important we hear the opinions of people across the district, so we can work with businesses, communities and residents to find ways of improving the air quality.
“The council is already working on improving the transport infrastructure and developing a strategic plan with the Government.
“But air pollution is everyone’s responsibility and we need to know how we can help people make better choices.”
Anyone over 16 who lives in, or travels into, the district can take part in the survey.
