BAKING lovers will be sitting down in front of their television screens for the next slice of this year's Great British Bake Off.
Queensbury's Amelia Le Bruin is still in the competition after impressing the judges in last week's biscuits round and the opening episode all about cakes.
She will be hoping judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith think she's the best thing since sliced bread on tonight's episode.
The challenges bakers face this week include a tear and share signature before a judges' challenge involving a "popular summer staple". This will then be followed by the showstopper, which is sure to involve some won-dough-ful creations.
Amelia will hope her bakes can prove to the judges she is worthy of a spot in the next round, and keep her place in the Bake Off tent.
See how Amelia gets on in the Great British Bake Off on Channel 4 at 8pm.
