A KEIGHLEY store is staging free children’s workshops focusing on pet care.
Youngsters can take part in a range of hands-on activities and learn about looking after pets.
The Halloween-themed sessions take place at Pets at Home, on Keighley Retail Park in Hard Ings Road, during this month’s school half-term holiday.
Activities – aimed at five-to-11-year-olds – will include interactive games, and there will be activity books, stickers and goody boxes.
There will also be a chance to meet some of the store’s pets.
The workshops will take place every day, starting at 11.30am and lasting about half an hour.
A spokesman said: “The ‘Spooky Pets’ workshops are a fun and interactive way to give young animal lovers the chance to learn the importance of animal welfare throughout the colder and darker months.”
