PEOPLE with a sight impairment are being given the chance to learn more about services and products that could help them.

A range of aids and adaptations will be showcased at an event being staged by Keighley-based sight airedale.

Visitors to the charity’s annual coffee morning – at the Lena Anderton Meeting Room, 31 Scott Street, Keighley, on Saturday, November 23 – will be able to browse a ‘daily living shop’, which houses more than 150 products designed to make living with sight loss easier.

Orders can also be placed.

Other attractions at the event, which will run from 10am to 1pm, will include used-equipment and new-to-you stalls and a raffle.

Admission is £1, including tea/coffee and biscuits.

Sight airedale supports 270 people with sight loss in the Keighley area.

All proceeds from the event will go towards funding its services and social centres.
