A NEW yoga and pilates studio in Skipton is celebrating its launch with an open day on

Sunday.

Those dropping in to Ebru Evrim in Coach Street will be offered 30-minute tester classes, tasty snacks made by Elsworth Kitchen and healthy homemade smoothies all day.

The studio, which shares the name of its brand founder and owner, will also sell active wear, as well as a range of yoga and pilates classes for all abilities.

Ebru said: “My aim is to is to use yoga, pilates and active wear to promote a healthy living lifestyle.

"I am opening my first studio in my hometown of Skipton because I want to bring something different to the town centre."

She added: "These are very exciting days for me, since I have been teaching yoga and pilates for some time, and this has always been a distant dream of mine. Now, I am turning that dream into reality.”

The studio will offer a variety of styles of yoga and pilates for all ages, from one hour, one to one sessions for £35, to one-hour classes from £10. Ebru’s recently refurbished studio is equipped with state of the art fitness equipment designed to help heal those recovering from injury or undergoing physio.

Sunday's open session will take place from 10.30am to 4pm.
