A HOMECARE company is creating 20 new jobs in the Keighley area.

CRG Homecare is seeking care assistants to work across the Keighley Central and Bingley Rural wards.

Full inductions and training are given so no prior care experience is necessary.

The recruits will support people in their own homes, helping them with duties such as administering medication and shopping, and assisting them in leisure activities.

Dianne Underwood, director of quality and care at CRG Homecare, said: “We pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of service and staff to provide a high-quality, patient-centred care service, and we are looking forward to expanding our offering in the area.

“We are looking to hire a number of new care assistants to join our team, allowing us to grow and meet local demand.”

An existing care assistant, Claire Ackroyd, described the role as “incredibly rewarding”.

“I’m very fortunate to have a career which enables me to have such an impact in people’s lives,” she added.

“It’s so much more than a job to me; it is assisting people to not only live their lives, but live them well.”
