ANDREW Chang has joined Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust as a non-executive director.
Alongside his board responsibilities, he will also chair the trust’s audit committee.
Mr Chang has held a number of non-executive appointments across both public and private organisations.
His CV includes risk management consultant for Stantec UK, chief internal auditor with the Kelda Group – covering UK and overseas operations – and a senior auditor post with National Power.
He has also held board roles with Bradford College and its subsidiary, Training for Bradford, and is a former trustee of Bradford Grammar School.
Mr Chang said he was delighted to be joining the care trust’s board.
He added: “I’m looking forward to making a positive contribution to the trust’s work. I have a breadth of experience across a range of highly-regulated service industries that will support its activities.”
His appointment is welcomed by trust chairman, Cathy Elliot.
She said: “Andrew’s skills, experience and approach will be valuable to the work of our board.”
