KEIGHLEY Salvation Army is staging its first tabletop sale of the year.
The event will be held at the High Street church on Tuesday, January 28, from 10am.
“We have some fantastic bargains available so please drop in and take a look,” said Chris Bown, community manager at the church.
“Lots of the items – such as shoes, children’s clothes, toiletries, books and toys – are brand new.”
Proceeds from the sale will support Keighley Salvation Army’s work in the community.
Schemes include a foodbank and a community meal, and the church works with refugees and asylum seekers.
A host of other activities also take place at the church – in addition to Sunday services – including a toddler group, tea dances and an exercise group. There is also a cafe and charity shop.
