BEAUTY isn’t even skin deep for these two ladies as they star in this year’s pantomime from Harden Players.

Cyanide and Arsenic, the extremely poisonous Ugly Sisters, will be doing their utmost to stop Cinderella getting her happily ever after in the family show.

As in past years, the show has been written and directed by Harden Players stalwart Mark Coulthard.

Cinderella, which will be performed eight times over two weekends, stars Danielle Stephenson in the title role, with Nick Parker playing the role of Buttons and Amanda Petyt taking on the role of Prince Charming.

The ugly sisters, Cyanide and Arsenic, are played by Piers Hill and Mark Foster. Harden Players favourites Peter Whitley and Hayden Cavanagh will be wreaking chaos as Willy and Wally.

As in previous years, there will also be a children’s chorus.

The Players say that Harden Congregational Church now has full disabled access on all floors. People should request assistance from door stewards when they arrive.

Cinderella will be performed at Harden Congregational Church on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, February 20-21 and 27-29. There will be performances each evening at 7.30pm as well as matinees on both Saturdays at 2pm.

Tickets for Cinderella cost £6 from Harden Post Office.
