INVESTIGATIONS are continuing into a fire which broke out in the basement of a house.
Firefighters had to force their way into the unoccupied terrace property in Devonshire Street, Keighley, to tackle the blaze.
Crews from Keighley, Bingley and Shipley were called out to the incident, at about 6.45pm yesterday.
They managed to contain the fire to the basement, but there was some smoke damage to the rest of the house.
Fire service investigators and the police are still looking into the cause.
Electricity engineers were also called out.
