INSURANCE broker Coversure Keighley has won another major award.
It has received the customer service accolade at the Coversure Broker Awards, beating off competition from more than 90 other offices.
An expert panel of judges was unanimous in its decision to award the honour to Keighley, in recognition of outstanding customer care.
Franchisee and founder, Reana Bashir, said: “Since we opened the office in 2015, we’ve been fortunate enough to have won several awards – but I have to say this one means the most. We try our best every day to give our customers a good service, and recognition like this means the world to us.”
Coversure chief executive officer, Bob Darling, pays tribute.
He said: “Reana and the team at Coversure Keighley have built a hugely successful business on the back of their outstanding levels of customer care. Their unflinching commitment to ensuring positive outcomes for the customer is something I really admire.”
