SOUTH Craven businesses can receive free advice from North Yorkshire Trading Standards during the coronavirus crisis.
The county council service is waiving its fees to businesses for the next six months.
A specialist team of officers is available to advise on all aspects of Trading Standards law, including helping with diversification into different product areas or moving a business online or to a takeaway service.
County Councillor Andrew Lee, executive member for Trading Standards, said: “We understand how difficult this time is for businesses and we know that access to advice can make a significant difference when it comes to the success of a business, so we are pleased to be able to issue this offer."
Businesses can contact the Trading Standards team on 01609 780780 or business.advice@northyorks.gov.uk for more details or for advice on a specific query.
