THE RUMOUR is that a Fleetwood Mac tribute band has been forced to rearrange its concert in Bradford a second time.

Rumours of Fleetwood Macwere originally due to the format St George’s Hall on April 22 foot coronavirus caused the gig’s postponement.

The new date of July 25 also proved problematic, and the venue has now announced that the show – part of a national tour – has been put back until May 27 next year.

The tribute band, who have performed previously in Glusburn, had put together a new show for their 2020 tour, including a special blues set paying tribute to the original band’s legendary Peter Green era.

A spokesman for the tribute band said: “Channelling the spirit of Fleetwood Mac at their very best, Rumours of Fleetwood Mac will offer a unique opportunity for fans both old and new to rediscover the songs and performances that have ensured Fleetwood Mac’s place as one of the most loved groups of all time.

“Personally endorsed by Fleetwood Mac founding member, Mick Fleetwood, Rumours of Fleetwood Mac is the ultimate tribute to one of rock and roll’s most remarkable groups.”
