SIXTIES Gold is returning to Leeds City Varieties on November 1 with a packed line-up of stars from the decade.

Planning to take to the stage will be The Tremoloes, Herman’s Hermits, The Marmalade, The Merseybeats, Dave Berry, Mamas and Papas UK, Barry Ryan, and Gerry’s Pacemakers.

The Tremeloes have sold in excess of 100 million records worldwide, including number one hits Silence Is Golden, Suddenly You Love Me, Even the Bad Times Are Good, and (Call Me) Number One.

Hermans Hermits will play hits including There’s a Kind of Hush, Silhouettes, Can’t You Hear My Heart Beat, Wonderful World and A Must to Avoid.

Dave Berry brings his individual style and voice to his charttopping hits The Crying Game, Little Things, Memphis Tennessee and Mama.

Mamas and Papas UK, featuring Terry Bradford, Sussie Arneson, Laurie Briggs and Chris White, will perform the wonderful hit songs Monday Monday, California Dreamin’ and Dedicated to the One I Love.

Starting his singing career with brother Paul in 1965 and achieving several top 50 hits together, Barry Ryan embarked on his solo career in 1968 and had a massive worldwide hit with Eloise, written by his brother.

Joining the line-up are top musicians Gerry’s Pacemakers who will perform some of Gerry Marsden’s massive hits which include I Like It, How Do You Do It, You’ll Never Walk Alone, and Ferry Across the Mersey.
