FAMILIES across the Bradford district can take part for free in an online ‘creative wellness’ course.
The course is aimed at helping families to plan and achieve goals together.
There are four modules, which people can complete at their own pace.
They cover motivation; goal setting, including making a vision board; creating a positive mindset and a collage of influential people in your life, and staying on track.
The course has been created by Bradford-based artist and director of Cocreate Arts & Health, Jennyanne Smith, and creative life coach Emma Roberts.
Jennyanne said: “This will enable families to get motivated, set their goals and achieve them while also doing creative activities together.
“The course is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and is completely free to residents of the Bradford district.”
The first 50 people from the BD postcode area to register for the course will also receive a ‘creativity box’ filled with items including paints, brushes and canvas.
