TWO further patients who tested positive for Covid-19 have died at Airedale General Hospital, the Trust has announced.
The total at the hospital for coronavirus-related deaths now stands at 123.
A statement this afternoon from NHS England said another 174 deaths had been announced since yesterday in hospitals in England bringing the total in England hospitals now to 32,291.
Patients were aged between 33 and 102 years and all except four, aged 61 to 87, had known underlying health conditions.
The total number of deaths record in the past 24 hours for the North East and Yorkshire is 48; just behind the North West with 50.
Figures for the rest of the country are East of England, 8; London, 10; Midlands, 44; South East, 11; and South West, 3.
Their families have been informed.
