USING your letters section I would like to pass on my thanks to the staff and volunteers working at the Covid-19 vaccination centre at the Modality GP surgery in Long Lee.

I attended for my Covid-19 vaccination and was very impressed with the whole organisation.

The safety, professionalism and friendliness of all – from the parking officers and registration to clinical staff delivering the service – was excellent.

The way this service is provided adds reassurance that if repeated across the country – and we all get ourselves protected – we might just get to enjoy the second half of 2021 as a more 'normal' year.

Again, well done to all involved for showing how the NHS can deliver for us even during a pandemic.
