A HOUSEBUILDER with schemes across the Keighley area has been given a top customer-satisfaction rating – for a record 12th year running.
Barratt Homes Yorkshire West, whose developments include Vision in Keighley and Saxon Dene at Silsden, has received the maximum five stars in the annual Home Builders Federation new homes customer satisfaction survey.
Ratings are awarded in response to the question ‘would you recommend your builder to a friend?’
Ian Ruthven, managing director of Barratt Homes Yorkshire West, said: “We’re incredibly proud to have been announced a five-star housebuilder for a record 12 years in a row.
“We work hard to look after our customers, both before and after they buy their new homes. It’s great to know that our customers rate us so highly and that so many of them would recommend us to a friend.”
Tribute is paid by Stewart Baseley, executive chairman of the Home Builders Federation.
He said: “To achieve a five-star rating, meaning that at least 90 per cent of your customers would recommend you, is a fantastic achievement that requires commitment from everyone in the organisation.”
