A KEIGHLEY music venue and arts centre is opening a 'beer yard' from Thursday (April 15).
The Exchange, in Russell Street, says the yard – which is canopied and heated – will be open to all, with no booking required.
There will be Covid protocols such as check-ins, socially-distanced seating and hand sanitiser.
Michael Watmough, from The Exchange, said: “We were used to hosting local and international musical artists and saw that there was going to be a long pause for this when the first lockdown hit.
“Determined to survive, we opened a craft beer off-licence under the moniker Craft Beer Exchange. Sourcing the best beer we could both locally and from across Europe, we have grown this side of our business hugely in the past six months.”
