AN empty unit in Keighley could be transformed into a micropub.
Plans have been submitted to Bradford Council to convert 14 Low Street, which was home to a pay day loan company until February 2019.
Applicant Adam Hirson is seeking permission for a change of use from office and retail to micropub, with opening times of noon to 11pm weekdays and 11am to 11pm weekends and bank holidays.
The pub would measure just 42 square metres.
The building has a prominent spot on the pedestrianised street.
A decision on the application is expected to be made next month.
