FOOD delivery company Deliveroo is heading to Keighley – and recruiting riders.
The firm is due to launch in the town within the next couple of months.
It says riders – who deliver food from restaurants and grocery partners, to customers – can be flexible about when they work, so are able to fit it around other employment or studies.
Currently, Deliveroo has around 50,000 riders UK-wide. Free training and insurance is provided.
“At last we’re arriving in Keighley!” said Berenice Cowan, for Deliveroo.
“We can’t wait to bring everyone great food from local and national favourites – and help local chefs reach new customers. This will be a major boost for local businesses, which will be able to reach new customers and grow their offering through delivery.”
Deliveroo works with independent eateries, takeaway and chain restaurants, supermarkets and food and grocery retailers.
