PUPILS and staff at Oxenhope Primary School have got behind the England football team ahead of Sunday's Euros final against Italy.
They have celebrated the national team's achievement in reaching the Wembley showdown, with a range of activities.
Headteacher Alice Jones said: "We wanted the children to embrace the feeling of national pride and excitement.
"They could come to school in red and white or football kits. We've enjoyed football-themed activities – including year six taking part in its own tournament, making bunting, talking about having healthy bodies and writing our own football song.
"We have also used the opportunity to talk about resilience and community and had discussions about nationality.
"Pupils and staff have really enjoyed themselves.
"The children will be cheering along on Sunday night – and we're ready for some bleary eyes on Monday morning!"
