AN Oxenhope business has expanded its services with the opening of a dell.
Upwood Healing & Mediumship has added the outdoor area to its offering.
And a focal point of the Upwood Dell are a natural tree-stump table and chairs supplied by Pineoakio, based in Parkwood Street, Keighley.
Amy Sharpe, owner of Upwood Healing & Mediumship, said: “The idea for the dell came about as a result of the pandemic – being able to use an outdoor space for therapies for anyone worried about being enclosed in the lodge allows for everybody to access the support they need. It’s a beautiful natural space – brimming with bird song and tranquility – and I’m very proud that every part of the development was sourced locally.”
Stacey Bower, from Pineoakio, was invited to perform the official opening of the dell. “I was absolutely blown away to be asked,” she said. “And our furniture looks picture-perfect in the setting.”
