A MOTORIST has been ordered to pay a total of £164 by magistrates after he was caught speeding on a Keighley main road.
Duncan James Taylor, 52, of Rosemount Court, Sutton-in-Craven, drove at 39mph in a 30mph zone on the A629 Halifax Road, on April 26.
He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £90 costs and a £34 victim surcharge at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court.
Three penalty points were added to his licence.
