A KEIGHLEY estate agents has won a top honour.
Day & Co took the Estate Agency of the Year title for Yorkshire and Humber in the prestigious Negotiator Awards.
The presentation ceremony – hosted by comedian Rob Beckett – took place at Grosvenor House, London.
Day & Co Estate Agents – of Cavendish Street – was opened in 2017, by business partners Chris Day and Paul O’Neill.
It has since expanded, opening a mortgage services and more recently a lettings department.
Mr Day said: "We are absolutely delighted to win this award.
"It is the culmination of four years' hard work, teamwork and growth. It’s amazing to be recognised at such a high-profile event.
"We are extremely proud of the team and it's great to bring some success to our home town."
The Negotiator Awards are recognised as the most prestigious in the UK residential estate and letting agency industry.
