The empty area at Castlefields Industrial Estate where the new industrial units would be built
PLANS have been put forward for 19 new industrial units at Crossflatts.
Applicant Peagar Ltd says the scheme could create around 60 jobs.
The site – part of the Castlefields Industrial Estate – is currently vacant.
Together with the units, there would be parking for 77 vehicles.
The units, of varying size, would be split between three buildings.
A decision on the application is expected to be made by Bradford Council in June.
