A SILSDEN charitable trust which manages three bungalows for the aged in the town is inviting applications from would-be tenants.
The Smith Teal Trust says one of its Bolton Road properties, suitable for a single person or couple, will become available shortly.
"We would like to hear from elderly residents of the town who are capable of independent living but would welcome a more accessible housing situation," said a spokesperson.
The bungalows, built in 1969, were bequeathed to the town by local Methodists and community workers Smith and Elizabeth Teal.
The properties are now managed by the group of trustees.
Applications for the tenancy should be sent – before June 4 – to the Trust Secretary, Eastburn House Farm, Green Lane, Eastburn, Keighley BD20 8UT.
